Have a special event coming up?  Hosting a baby shower, bridal party, bachelorette party, birthday party or other fun small group get together?  We can not take reservations during normal business hours but if you let us know you are coming in advance and we’ll have a glass of wine for the honored guest!  Call us at 507-938-9463 or complete our Request Form below.

Rental/Reservation Policy:
We charge a rental to have an event during non-business hours, plus 15% gratuity. Fee is $100 for groups using the “East Tasting Room” only, maximum indoor capacity of 66.  A $250 rental shall be obtained for both “East” and “West” tasting rooms, indoor capacity of 120.  Rental fee is non-refundable or we require a two week cancellation notice, upon discretion of management; this fee shall be obtained BEFORE the date is reserved. No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought in unless otherwise approved by management.

For large groups (8 or more) or events wanting to gather during business hours, there shall be a 15% gratuity assessed, however we do not specifically take reservations, all parties large or small are seated in a first come, first served basis.

Outdoor space in the vineyard is also available for large celebrations, such as weddings or reunions.  This space is 144′ x 56′ and is $250 due in advance in order to reserve the date, and applied as a damage deposit.  Depending on how it is configured there is potential space for 300+ people. “No outside beverages” still applies. Please inquire below to learn about the extra amenities we offer such as tents, chairs, catering (required for 35+ people). We do not have any indoor space in the event of inclement weather.

Reminder: We do not have the means to run a credit or debit card, however; we accept cash or check and provide an ATM on site.
